These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wazify platform ("Wazify", the "Service"), operated by Mango Yazılım Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi ("Mango Yazılım", "we", "us", or "our"). Wazify is a brand operated by Mango Yazılım.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
• Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms if using on behalf of a business
• Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta's Platform Policies

3. Service Description

Wazify provides a platform that enables businesses to manage Instagram Direct Messages through a centralized dashboard. Our Service includes:

• Receiving and viewing Instagram Direct Messages
• Sending replies to Instagram conversations
• Sending informational and follow-up messages related to ongoing customer requests
• Capturing and storing customer contact information (name, phone, email) and operation/topic of interest from conversations
• Multi-account support to manage several Instagram Business accounts
• Conversation management and tracking
• Message status monitoring (sent, delivered, read)

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that all users with access to your account comply with these Terms
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access to your account

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
